2 Timothy 2:3 “Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.”
Soldier of Christ Anthem...
I am a soldier of Christ. The Lord Jesus is my commanding officer. The Holy Bible is my code of conduct. Faith, prayer and the Word are my weapons of warfare. I have been taught the Word of God, trained by experience, tried by adversity and tested by fire. I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity. I will retire in this army at time’s end, or die in this army, but I will not sell out, be talked out or be pushed out. I am a soldier of Christ. I am faithful, reliable, capable and dependable.
If my God needs me in Sunday school, to teach children, work with youth, help adults or just sit and learn, He can use me because I am there. I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name and building up His Kingdom. I do not need to be cuddled, cradled or catered to. No one has to call me, remind me, write me, visit me, entice me or lure me.
I am a soldier of Christ. I am committed. I cannot have my feelings hurt badly enough to turn me around. I cannot be discouraged enough to be turned aside. I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit. When Jesus called me into His army, I had nothing. If I end up with nothing, I will break even. I will win. My God will supply all my needs. I am more than a conqueror. I will always triumph. I am a soldier of Christ. I can do all things through Christ. Demons cannot defeat me. People cannot disillusion me. Weather cannot weary me. Sickness cannot stop me. Battle cannot beat me. Money cannot buy me. Governments can not silence me, and Hell cannot handle me. Even death cannot destroy me, for when my commander calls me from this battlefield, He will promote me to live
with Him.
"I am a soldier of Christ. I am marching, claiming victory. I will not give up. I will not turn around. I am a soldier marching Heaven bound. Here I stand. Will you stand with me? Yes or no?" Benjamin Brian Stewart.

Mar 16:14-20 KJV Afterward (of His resurrection) He (Jesus) appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen Him after he was risen. 15 And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. 19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, He was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. 20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
Have you been baptized? Yes or no? Will you be baptized to obey Jesus the Author of salvation? Yes or no?
Have you asked the Author of Salvation to write you a plan of redemption…reconciliation…and salvation?
Joh 3:16-17 KJV For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved…Heb 5:8-9 KJV Though he were a Son, yet learned He obedience by the things which He suffered; 9 And being made perfect, He became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey Him
Will you obey Jesus Christ by being baptized? Yes or no?
Father we pray You would remove anything hindering us from staying Faithful to You and remove anything hindering us from obeying the Truth of Your Only Son…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name (Acts 22:8) Amen.
