What is love of God…

And this is love, that we should walk after His (God’s) commandments. This is the commandment, even as ye heard from the beginning, that ye should walk in it (love). For many deceivers are gone forth into the world, even they that confess not that Jesus Christ cometh in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist...2 John 1:6-7. And he (Jesus) said unto them, Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honor me with their lips, But their heart is far from Me. But in vain do they worship me, Teaching as their doctrines the precepts of men. You leave the commandment of God, and hold fast the tradition of men...Mark 7:6-8. Beloved, believe not every spirit, but prove the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: every spirit that confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God (died and resurrected from the dead) : and every spirit that confess not Jesus is not of God: and this is the spirit of the antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it cometh; and now it is in the world already...1 John 4:1-3.

It is a Who not a what as to the source of love…

God is the source of Love for He created all things. How do we reciprocate or respond properly to love by keeping His commandments we show our love for God. We tell the truth…we do not steal…we do not commit adultery…we do not want what God has not given us…we do not murder…we respect our dads and moms…we keep ourselves Holy so we can approach God and worship Him in Spirit and Truth…we do not worship the created…we do not use God’s name except in prayer and teaching…and we have no other God but our Creator and His only Fathered Son Jesus…this is how we show love for God by keeping His commandments. For it is written… In the beginning was the Word (Jesus), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him; and without him was not anything made that hath been made...John 1:1-3. Jesus is the Creator of all things made and became a man born of a virgin named Mary. Jesus never violated or broke one of the Ten Commandments and remained sinless His whole life…then offered His life as a ransom or sacrifice for all those who have broken any or all the Ten Commandments. So that if you obey Jesus teaching you can be forgiven…of any sin.

Jesus said…He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that disbelieves shall be condemned...Mark 16:16.

Prayer

Father please forgive us for not loving You with all our heart, mind, soul, spirit, and strength and meet our soul’s deepest needs for obedience to Your commandments by imparting the ability to keep them as a light unto our feet so we can walk in Your commandment as pure gold loving You more than ourselves…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Do you want to go to heaven when you die?

What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into His death? Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life...Romans 6:1-4. If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth...Colossians 3:1-2. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God...Romans 8:10-14.

What is the grace…Gifts…Received…Although…Christians…Err…

We receive the gifts we need although we are learning how to be fit for Heaven and make mistakes. Grace is the forgiveness needed to be made righteous because we have been obedient to Jesus by being baptized and are learning a better way to live our lives. Do you have to practice perfect doctrine to go to heaven? Do you have to have the New Testament memorized to go to heaven…no. However you have to trust in Christ and remain faithful to Him and the truth revealed unto you. Jesus said the truth sets us free and Jesus is the truth…He reveals the truth and then we must learn to practice the truth He reveals to us. Blessed are those whom God does not impute sin to but righteousness. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ did put on Christ....Galatians 3:27. Putting on Christ through baptism is like God seeing Jesus not ourselves when He looks upon us. He sees Jesus sinless life and our willingness to learn to be righteous because we are clothed in the righteousness of Jesus not that of ourselves.

Prayer

Father please reveal the truth to us so we can learn to become righteous as You are righteous please remember we are but children in diapers before You trying to remain faithful…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.

Faith Check…

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and His word is not in us...1 John 1:8-10. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord...Romans 6:23. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in His body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences...2 Corinthians 5:10-11.

When is the last time you ran through the Ten Commandments to see if you meet a standard?

Have you received from another table other than God…You shall have no other God. Have you used God’s name in only prayer and teaching…you shall not take God’s name in vain. Have you worshipped the created…you shall not make any graven images. Have you kept yourself Holy so you can approach God without offering a sin sacrifice…you shall keep the Sabbath Day Holy. Have you respected and cared for your dad and mom…honor your dad and mom. Have you murdered…you shall not kill. Have you committed had sex or porn with another’s spouse…you shall not commit adultery. Have you stole…you shall not steal. Have you told a lie or half-truth…you shall not bear false witness. Have you wanted what God has not given you…you shall not covet. How do you measure up? If you have broken even one of these commandments then you deserve death for your behavior or separation from God…He does not tolerate or fellowship sin.

If you do not measure up then I have some good news for you called the Gospel of Jesus Christ…

Jesus never violated the Ten Commandments and met the minimum requirements of not breaking the Ten Commandments. Which for a Jew from the tribe of Judah is all He had to do to remain sinless. Jesus because He never broke one of the Ten Commandments was sinless and righteous before God. He sacrificed His sinless life for an eternal offering of sin so you and I who have broke the Ten Commandments in order for us to be forgiven. Jesus died on a cross and was raise from the dead so you and I could change and follow the truth and be forgiven. Do you believe Jesus died and was raised from the dead…yes or no?

Jesus said He that believes and is baptized will be saved but he that refuses to believe that Jesus is the only way to be forgiven in the eyes of God will be damned. Have you been baptized…yes or no? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection...Romans 6:3-5. Will you be baptized into Christ’s death burial and resurrection…yes or no?

Prayer

Father please remember we are but sinners in need of a repentance and faith in Your Son Jesus and meet our soul’s deepest needs…please forgive us of our sinful pasts and help us start repenting before You…we renounce satan and sin…in Jesus of Nazareth’s name amen.
